EUROPEAN DYNAMICS provides to all Europe INNOVA Community members a Free of Charge technical services helpdesk, in order to assist in the quick and efficient handling of any problems experienced in the use of the Portal and the Collaboration Extranet.

The Europe INNOVA Helpdesk operates during 8:30 am - 6:30 pm CET.

Guidelines for the users contacting Helpdesk

To increase the efficiency of the Helpdesk and reduce response times, the Europe INNOVA community members should follow certain rules for sending their emails:

1. At the Subject to clarify:

  • Whether it is a question or a system error/problem
  • The associated Europe INNOVA module/service:
    • Europe INNOVA Portal
    • Document Manager
    • Group Manager
    • Calendar
    • Forum
    • Email
    • Search
    • On-line Help
    • Administration
    • User Preferences
    • Personal Information
    • What's new

2. At the body of the message to provide:

  • A detailed description of the problem
  • One or more screenshots depicting the issue (question/problem). In case that there are more than one screenshots, it should be good to incorporate them within a Word file
  • The related project
  • The related organisation
